1. Service Description

APESONUS is a music streaming platform built for the cryptocurrency community, available as a Telegram Mini App. We provide mood-based music with tracks across five worlds: MOON, REKT, COPE, DEGEN, and ZEN, featuring AI artist characters.

Listening is free. Verification (200 Telegram Stars/month) unlocks enhanced $ONUS earning, streak rewards, weekly chart forecasting, challenge arena, and fan predictions.

2. User Accounts

To use APESONUS, you must have a valid Telegram account. By accessing the app, you agree that:

• You will maintain only one APESONUS account per person

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

• You will not share your account credentials or access with others

• You meet the minimum age requirement for Telegram use in your jurisdiction

3. $ONUS Culture Currency

What it is: $ONUS is earned through engagement activities including daily listening streaks and correct weekly chart forecasts. It is a non-monetary culture token used exclusively within the APESONUS platform.

No monetary value: $ONUS has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for currency, transferred outside the platform, or redeemed for cash.

Earning rates: Verified members earn $ONUS based on their founding tier. Genesis earns at 3×, Early at 2×, Standard at 1×. Free users earn at a reduced rate of 0.25×.

Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust $ONUS balances, earning rates, and redemption options at any time.

4. Verification & Subscription

Verification costs 200 Telegram Stars/month. Your founding card tier (Genesis, Early, or Standard) is assigned at the time of verification based on the current total verified count and is permanent — it does not change even if you cancel and re-subscribe.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Re-subscribing after cancellation assigns you the tier currently open at that time — you cannot reclaim a closed tier.

5. Challenges, Forecasting & Predictions

APESONUS features skill-based engagement activities that reward knowledge of the music catalog:

Challenge Arena: Audio-based challenges where users listen to snippets and identify artists, tracks, or moods. Correct answers earn $ONUS based on the user's tier multiplier. All challenges are skill-based and require active listening knowledge.

Weekly Chart Forecast: Verified members may predict the top 3 tracks by unique listeners for the upcoming week. Correct predictions earn $ONUS. A participation bonus is awarded on first submission.

Fan Predictions: Users can vote YES or NO on community predictions about artist milestones (e.g. reaching a listen target). Voting earns a participation bonus. Correct predictions earn additional $ONUS.

All activities are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute gambling or financial activity of any kind. Outcomes are determined by verifiable on-platform data (listening stats, chart rankings) — not chance.

6. Content Rights

All music, artwork, branding, and content on APESONUS is owned by APESONUS and Dominus Dio. By using the service, you agree that:

• You receive a personal, non-transferable streaming license only

• You will not download, rip, record, or redistribute any content

• You will not use the content for commercial purposes

• Your streaming license is revoked upon account termination

7. AI-Generated Content

Music on APESONUS is created by Dominus Dio using AI-assisted production tools. The artistic direction, mood curation, and creative decisions are made by humans. Artist characters (e.g. Shill Shady, Satosheek, Aunty Rugsy) are fictional and do not represent real people.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to farm $ONUS or access the service

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent verification requirements

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

• Use the service for any illegal activity

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

9. Disclaimer

APESONUS is a music streaming platform for entertainment purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. The mood categories (MOON, REKT, COPE, DEGEN, ZEN) are for entertainment and music curation only. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, APESONUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to APESONUS at our discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service and any accrued $ONUS ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
